5 Phase Relaxation for Beauty


This simple relaxation movement combines stretching with breathing.The movement is also easy to apply three times a day in between worktime.
In the sitting position
* While we were sitting, in the office or anywhere else, take an uprightsitting position. Pull your abdominal muscles, close your eyes. Toprovide a relaxing effect, you can listen to music that makes relaxedwith earphones. With a sitting position, eyes closed, adjust the breath,deep breath through your nose, then remove it slowly. Repeat threetimes.
* Still in a sitting position, attach both hands, place it in front of thechest, like a meditation position. Set breath, take a breath from thenose out slowly. Repeat three times breath.
* Still to a seated position, join both hands, pull forward as you stretch,hold a count of five. Move hands up, pull, hold the count of five. Moveagain to the right and left hand with the same movement.
* Next, lift your left hand and right hand holds the left elbow, then pull it toward the right. Hold for a count of five. Perform the same movementwith your right hand.
* Standing position, place your right hand and left in front of the chest,with the position of your palm downward. Slowly lower and lift the hand,while managing the breath. Repeat five times count.
