KOMPAS.com - H & M, middle-class fashion labels from Sweden, has just announced its cooperation with the Italian designer DonatellaVersace. Versace will create a collection for menswear and women'sautumn / winter, and also a number of household appliances. This collection will begin to enter the H & M stores this November2011.cooperation a diffusion line (a label designed by middle-classhigh-end designer) for Versace. Previously there have been several prominent designers who designed some of H & M collection, that is Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Matthew Williamson, Sonia Rykiel,and Lanvin. However, in 2008 Donatella once said that he does not plan to make middle-class clothing line like this. Apparently, now hechanged his mind. "I am delighted to be working with H & M, and the opportunity to reach a broader consumer," writes Donatella in a statement. "This collection will become a classic Versace designs,perfect for fans of H & M and Versace, anywhere.
"Most of the women's clothing collection consists of dresses, party dresses, high heels, and jewelry with accents of leather, print motifs,and the colors are vibrant. In short, provocative style of Versace will still appear in the design of high-street this label. "Versace brand is one ofthe most important today, and their collection for H & M will be aglamorous and flamboyant, what ever the style of Versace. Arguably this is a collaboration that needs to be celebrated, and perfect for partyseason, "said Margareta van den Bosch, advisor creative for H & M.H& M also confirmed that they would continue cooperating with the brand that was built in 1978 by Gianni Versace's. January 2012, a collection of pre-spring line of Versace can be found in stores H & M.
